Grain storage equipment is mainly divided into four categories: storage equipment, conveying equipment, cleaning equipment, and auxiliary control systems. These components work together to ensure the safety and efficiency of grain throughout the entire process of receiving, storing, and releasing it.
Shallow round silos: Large single-silo capacity (nearly 10,000 tons), good airtightness, suitable for mechanized grain loading and unloading, widely used in transit warehouses and large-scale storage facilities.
Vertical silos: Three-dimensional vertical structure, small footprint, high degree of automation, mostly used in space-constrained scenarios such as ports and processing plants.
Steel silos: Prefabricated structure, short construction period, movable, suitable for farmers or temporary grain storage needs, such as lightweight steel silos with capacities of 3-50 tons.
Underground silos: Such as cave silos and trumpet-shaped silos, utilizing ground temperature to maintain stable grain temperature, commonly found in the Loess Plateau region, low cost and good grain storage effect.
